REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing NX1 Esports. We strive to provide a fair, transparent, and competitive gaming environment. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before registering for any tournament or match:
1. Match Cancellations & Technical Issues (Refund Eligible)
Full refunds will be credited back directly to the user's platform wallet within 24-48 hours under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Hacker/Cheater Inbound: If a match is disrupted, ruined, or cancelled due to the presence of a hacker or cheater, and verified by our moderation team, the entry fee will be fully refunded to all affected fair players.
- Technical Glitches: If a match cannot be completed or started due to technical glitches, server crashes, room hosting errors, or unforeseen administrative issues from NX1 Esports' end.
- Cancellation by Platform: If a tournament is cancelled by the organizers for any other internal reason.
2. User-End Cancellations & Non-Participation (Strictly Non-Refundable)
No refunds or entry fee reversals will be provided under these conditions:
- Self-Withdrawal: Once a player successfully pays the entry fee and reserves a slot, they cannot claim a refund if they change their mind or wish to leave the match. You must participate in the registered match.
- No-Show / Absent: If a user registers for a match but fails to join the custom room, or misses the match start time due to personal reasons, internet issues, or device failure, their entry fee will be forfeited.
- Disqualification: If a player is caught hacking, cheating, teaming up, or breaking the tournament rules, they will be disqualified immediately, and no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Mechanism
- All eligible refunds (due to cancellation, hackers, or glitches) will be processed automatically and credited directly into the User's NX1 Esports Wallet.
- Wallet balance can be used to join future tournaments listed on the platform. For any balance or transaction-related disputes, players can contact our support team through the Contact Us page with valid screenshots/proofs.

The platform allows users to register for mobile gaming tournaments using their in-game User IDs (UIDs) and usernames. Any commercial misuse or fraudulent activity on the platform will lead to permanent account termination.
Users must guarantee that all account detail records submitted are authentic. Sharing account access profiles, credentials, or teaming metrics with unauthorized users to falsify competition placements is prohibited and metrics remain audited via dedicated tournament administrative panels.

At NX1 Esports, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure experience on our platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

- Personal Data: When you register an account, we collect basic details including your name, email address, and mobile number.
